History of Country Club Village of Plymouth - Condos
- Originally established on September 24, 1999; was incorporated on November 3, 1999; and developed & built by Pulte Home Corporation.
- The units were built in 2000-03 & includes 134 detached residential units
- The 77 units on Northview with three (3) detention ponds on the commons area.
- There are 17 units on Plymouth Heights Lane 40 units on Pinehurst Road with a large, protected wetlands between Pinehurst and Northview plus two (2) detention ponds for overflow from wetlands and to handle catch basin discharge.
